4. Intellectual Property

5. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid as agreed in the service contract. Delays in payment may affect service delivery timelines.

6. Maintenance and Support

We offer 24-hour FLM (First Line Maintenance) options including:

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance

  • Emergency response and repair documentation

7. HSE Policy

We prioritize safety and environmental responsibility in all operations. Clients must also maintain safety compliance at all project sites.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of services.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
